Key features of our ABA Resident/Internship Program include:
Integrated Learning
As you work with clients, you will begin to apply the knowledge and skills necessary for a ABA Resident-level case management, allowing for a seamless transition from RBT duties to ABA Resident responsibilities.
Comprehensive Supervision
Throughout the program, you will receive extensive supervision and mentorship from experienced ABA Professionals. They will guide you through each step, ensuring you are well-supported as you tackle the current ABA Resident task list.
Real-Life Application
Your assigned case will serve as a practical training ground, enabling you to directly apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios. This hands-on approach ensures you gain valuable, relevant experience.
Gradual Responsibility
The program is structured to gradually increase your responsibilities, providing you with the confidence and competence needed to manage cases independently.
